doppelganger47 replied to your post: I jogged for 25 minutes straight on the treadmill… happy birthday! and it feels good/satisfying knowing that you just did all that exercise. i think the longest i jogged continuously was like 10mins, then i got a major stitch. jogging is not for me. Starting slowly is helpful and not going too fast so you don’t get out of breath and strain...
